Alex is a dedicated IICRC- WRT certified professional restorer leading our Biohazard, Trauma and Crime Scene Division. He has also completed the technical and enrollment requirements for five courses of the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. When he is not assisting our customers, you will find Alex riding on his motorcycle or on his PC.
Jeff is our Water Division lead and in many cases is the first on site to provide a complete and comprehensive inspection/estimate of damage. Jeff has six years of industry experience, is IICRC-WRT certified and has completed the requirements of the ECTP. Jeff is also responsible for the training of new hires that join our team. Jeff’s interest outside of restoration are listening to music, videography and photography.
Francisco holds three IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Advanced Structural Drying and Carpet Cleaning and has been working in the industry for five years. As the large loss estimator, Francisco provides mitigation solutions to our commercial customers, understanding the many challenges while mitigating in office and retail space. He is a dedicated father of two and enjoys walks in the park with his wife and children when time permits.
Chris’ twelve years of industry experience is invaluable as the lead of our Mold Remediation and Restoration Division and is certified as a professional remediator. He also holds IICRC certifications in both Water Damage and Fire/Smoke Restoration and has completed the ECTP. Whatever the cause of the damage may be, Chris knows how to mitigate it. In his spare time, Chris enjoys graphic design and 3D animation.
Aleyda is responsible for overseeing our Fire and Smoke Restoration Division. She is also responsible for contents/inventory management when “pack-outs” are necessary after water or fire damage has occurred. She has obtained her fire, contents management and textile cleaning certifications through the ECTP and has been working in restoration for six years. She enjoys site-seeing and visiting the cultural hotspots while traveling.
Salvador Naves Toledo
Salvador is the newest member of our team. Salvador is responsible for overseeing warehouse, inventory and equipment management as well as supporting the team as a restoration technician. With two years of experience in the industry, he is looking forward to acquiring the necessary certifications to lead as a crew chief. Salvador enjoys watching and playing soccer as well as spending time with family.
With over 15 years of Human Resources and Operations Management experience, Kimberly leads as the Director of Administration. She has oversight of many of the centralized functions of the company which include talent acquisition, benefits management, HRIS administration, compensation and communication. Prior to joining SERVPRO of Alexandria, Kim worked with Mr. Warnecki and Mr. Watley at Cavalier Services, Inc. and facilitates the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Marleny or ‘Leny’ as she is often called is our Customer Service Manager and lead job file coordinator. She wears many hats as she is IICRC- WRT, ECTP, and Xactimate certified. Leny coordinates tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, and audits of all jobs and has been in the industry for six years. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Virginia State University. Leny enjoys shopping, spending time with her family and going out to restaurants.
Mike is the information/technology systems manager. He brings twenty years industrial experience at GM as the Internal Management Consultant and Mobil Oil Training Manager. He has twenty-five years with JLS Consulting focusing on process analysis, design and implementation. Mike is an avid tennis player and enjoys mentoring and creating new operating systems for newly developing companies.
Jennifer is our office and scheduling coordinator. As your first point of contact, Jen understands the stress and worry that a water/fire loss creates. Her customer centric focus and ability to listen allows her to dispatch the necessary team to your loss in a timely manner while remaining empathetic to your needs. She also is responsible for processing payment and account receivables. Jennifer enjoys traveling and different cuisine.
